Cardura 4 mg - 20 Tablets
Doxazosin is an alpha-adrenergic blocker. It relaxes veins and arteries so that blood can more easily pass through them. It also relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to urinate.
Doxazosin is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure), or to improve urination in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate).
Indications:

• Respiratory tract infection

•Cough dizziness, headache
Cautions:
• Hypersensitivity to doxazosin, quinazolines, or any of the excipients.
• History of orthostatic hypotension.
• Benign prostatic hyperplasia and concomitant congestion of the upper urinary tract, chronic urinary tract infection, or bladder stones.
• History of gastrointestinal obstruction, oesophageal obstruction, or any degree of decreased lumen diameter of the gastrointestinal tract.
• Heart disease (such as congestive heart failure, angina, heart attack in last 6 months), liver disease, certain eye problems (cataracts, glaucoma).
• This drug may make you dizzy or drowsy.

How to use:
Adults:
The initial dose of Cardura is 4mg once daily
The maximum recommended dose of Cardura is 8mg once daily.
That depends on the doctor's prescription and condition.
