Panadol Night helps relieve pain and aids in achieving restful sleep.

It contains:
• Paracetamol: Acts as a pain reliever and fever reducer.
• Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride: A histamine antagonist used as a sedative to aid sleep.

Panadol Night is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, such as:
• Headache
• Back pain
• Toothache
• Menstrual pain
• Muscle pain

Active ingredients:
Paracetamol, Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride

How to use:
• For adults and children above 12 years old: Take two capsules before bedtime, 20 minutes prior.
• It is not recommended to take more than one dose within 24 hours.
• It is preferable to take the medication after eating.

Warnings:
• Panadol Night is not recommended if you have an allergy to any of its components.
• Avoid consuming alcohol while using this medication.
• Consult your doctor before use if you suffer from liver or kidney diseases, or if you are taking other medications.
• It is advised not to drive or operate machinery after taking this medication due to its sedative effect.

Interactions:
• Prolonged daily use of paracetamol with anticoagulants and other coumarins used to thin the blood may increase the risk of bleeding.
• Avoid use with other antihistamine-containing preparations, including topical antihistamines and cough and cold medicines.
• Use with caution with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 2 weeks of stopping an MAOI.
• Use with caution other drugs with antimuscarinic properties (e.g. atropine, tricyclic antidepressants.
