Parkinson's disease occurs when there is a shortage of dopamine, a substance in the brain. This shortage leads to shakiness, stiffness, and difficulty moving.
Levodopa is converted into dopamine, which helps ease movement and reduces stiffness, while carbidopa helps prevent the breakdown of levodopa.

Indications:
