Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant that helps relieve congestion.
Triprolidine is an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms of allergy, hay fever, and the common cold.

How to use Tripofed syrup:
Dose:
Children 6 to 12 years:
One teaspoonful (5ml), three times daily.
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
2 teaspoonfuls (10ml), three times daily.
Tripofed is not indicated for use in children under 6 years of age.

Warnings and precautions:
• Tripofed may cause drowsiness so patients should be cautious when driving a car or operating machinery.
• It should not be given to children less than 6 years.

Avoid the usage of Tripofed in cases of :
• Allergic to the active ingredients or other drug contents.
• Severe hypertension and heart disease.
• Diabetes mellitus.
• Increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma.
• Prostatic hyperplasia.
• Kidney, respiratory, liver disease.
• Thyroid dysfunction.
